Buying guide
No official or guided/hosted ticket row is supplied here, so compare the two partner sellers by the exact variant, availability, and final checkout terms. For August 2026, choose the lowest-priced available entry option if your date is fixed; use a limited-availability partner row only when its stated product better matches your plans, and arrive early enough for admission checks because timed entry does not necessarily bypass security.
It is the lowest-priced supplied entry-ticket row at 39.71 EUR and is marked available.
Compare offers ↓The title explicitly identifies an entry ticket, although availability is marked limited.

Use the entrance on The Queen’s Walk along the South Bank, closest to Westminster Bridge, beside County Hall and the London Aquarium. From Waterloo or Westminster, follow signs to the South Bank and then the riverfront. Arrive about 5 minutes before your timed slot and check in at the Box Office; the buggy park, cloakroom and toilets are available during check-in. The main external entrance is not wheelchair accessible: wheelchair users should follow the location in their pre-game email and arrive 15 minutes early for staff assistance to the step-free entrance and exit.
The supplied rows do not include an official benchmark price, so no official numeric comparison is shown here. Compare the final checkout total, currency, time slot, cancellation terms, and inclusions carefully, as partner listings may have different inventory or conditions.
Children aged 2–15 require child tickets, while babes in arms under 2 may enter free but must still have a free Under-2 ticket for the booked time slot; every guest needs a ticket. Guests aged 17 and under must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over in the same time slot, with each adult accompanying up to five under-18s. One complimentary carer ticket is available per wheelchair or access ticket, subject to availability, and supporting documentation may be requested.
Arrive early enough for security checks, ticket scanning and wayfinding.
FAQ
Yes. Entry is timed, so have the ticket issued by your seller ready at check-in and arrive about 5 minutes before your allocated entry time.
Official ticket guidance says tickets are non-refundable. An exchange may be possible with at least 48 hours’ notice, but it is not guaranteed; check the cancellation terms shown by your seller before booking.
Partner listings can differ in confirmation timing, cancellation terms and inclusions, so compare the complete listing rather than the headline price alone. Check the final checkout total and the exact ticket conditions before paying.
Buggies are not permitted inside, although an on-site buggy park is available. Bags are not permitted in the experience; chargeable lockers and a seasonal charged cloakroom are available, large bags and suitcases cannot be stored, and bag searches may operate on arrival.
Late entry cannot be guaranteed because the experience runs to timed entry slots. Staff may try to accommodate you in the next available time or date, but do not rely on this and allow time for check-in and any security screening.
Every guest needs a ticket, including babies under 2, who enter free but must have a free Under 2 ticket booked. Carer tickets are available for eligible guests when accompanying a paying ticket holder; contact the box office to arrange them.
The experience is a roughly 70-minute walkthrough with limited seating, and groups are capped at a maximum of 30 guests. Expect to keep moving between scenes and workshops rather than treating it like a freely paced museum visit.
